About This Project


Medicly is an Australian telehealth platform built to simplify access to online consultations, prescriptions, and medical certificates. Designed to eliminate waiting rooms and streamline care, Medicly connects patients with doctors in just a few clicks. They needed a full-scale digital platform that balanced medical compliance with a modern, user-friendly experience.


Our Solution


We worked closely with the Medicly team to deliver a flexible, secure platform that’s both functional and intuitive. Our approach included:

✔ Full-Stack Platform Development – Built a custom React.js + Node.js application for fast, scalable performance.

✔ Clean, Accessible UX – Designed a mobile-first interface tailored to patients and doctors, with frictionless form flows and modals.

✔ Integrated Systems – Connected AWS Connect for live consults, Helix for medical records, Stripe for payments, and HubSpot for CRM automation.

✔ Smart Admin Tools – Developed role-based dashboards for patients, doctors, and admins to manage appointments, records, and submissions securely.

The platform has helped reduce healthcare friction while maintaining professional standards, and supports real-time communication, automation, and future integration with EMRs across the country.
